At the Kelly Group, we’re on a mission to connect communities across the UK with world-class fibre networks. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for both Trainee and Experienced Installation Engineers to join our dynamic team working on our Openreach contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Fibre Installation Engineer, no two days are the same. You’ll be:

  • Bringing high-speed fibre connectivity directly to customer premises on the Openreach One Fibre Network
  • Working both at height and within underground infrastructure
  • Splicing and testing fibre at multiple stages of installation
  • Collaborating with your team while also confidently working independently to meet targets and KPIs
  • Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety at all times

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated individuals who are ready to take on a hands-on, rewarding role:

  • A strong commitment to safety and safe working practices
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a variety of environments
  • Confident using smart devices and technology to follow detailed instructions
  • Customer-focused with great communication skills
  • Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
  • Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)
