We are looking to recruit the very best managerial talent and have a unique opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our expanding team working on our Openreach contract. Managers who can demonstrate a proven record of: People Management Organisational skill sets Delivering the business objectives Delivering a high-quality product with safety at the forefront Understanding the managerial obligations in regards Health and Safety Understanding the Customer needs and expectations An enthusiastic, positive and proactive decision maker Have the ability to: Manage a team with enthusiasm and a drive to succeed Deliver results Communicate in a professional and concise manner across all levels both internally and externally Meet and maintain both Company and Client KPI’s. Think outside the problem Motivate You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence: Can display exceptional working knowledge of client network and fibre installation procedures, or of a similar discipline Broad knowledge of Health & Safety practises and legal obligations. A team player, with the ability to take risk and responsibility for individual and team actions Able to understand industry direction, and meet targets associated with cost-efficiency, time scales and customer/client expectation 12 months driving experience on a full UK driving license What’s on offer for successful candidates?
