What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, testing, and commissioning fibre connections to customer premises
- Working across overhead and underground networks with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Performing fibre splicing, troubleshooting, and fault-finding to a high standard
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry and safety compliance
- Delivering excellent customer service while representing Kelly Group professionally
- Managing your workload efficiently, both independently and as part of a wider engineering team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven industry experience and the following essential qualifications:
- SA001 & SA002
- S007 & S008
- Streetworks Unit 01 (NRSWA)
- Strong practical knowledge of fibre splicing, testing, and installation
- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces
- Safety-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
- Confident using handheld smart devices for job management
- Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months (max 6 points)
