What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating purchase orders and managing goods inwards/outwards using company systems
  • Receiving and checking deliveries for accuracy, quantity, and damage
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and updating systems in real time
  • Storing materials efficiently and preparing items for collection and job allocation
  • Carrying out regular stock checks and audits
  • Keeping the stores environment clean, safe, and well organised
  • Using in-house IT systems to manage stock and logistics
  • Supporting with additional duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar stores, yard, or logistics role (or equivalent)
  • A solid understanding of health and safety best practices
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Methodical, organised, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational ability with keen attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload
