We're looking for an organised and proactive HSQE Administrator to support our Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) team.

You'll play a key role in managing incident reporting, maintaining HSQE records, supporting compliance activities, and helping promote a positive safety culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage calls to the HSQE incident reporting line.
  • Log and maintain accident, incident and near-miss records in company systems.
  • Escalate HSQE incidents to the appropriate departments using the correct reporting processes.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure incidents are reported in line with their requirements and SLAs.
  • Support investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses.
  • Maintain HSQE policies, procedures and other documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and gathering evidence.
  • Report RIDDOR incidents through the HSE reporting system.
  • Produce HSQE reports and analyse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the delivery of HSQE training and awareness initiatives.
  • Record and track actions from monthly HSQE meetings.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the promotion of best practice across the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Basic understanding of health and safety principles and safe working practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyse information and identify trends.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in an HSQE, Health & Safety or administrative role (Desirable, full training will be provided to the right candidate)
  • Telecommunications industry experience (Desirable, full training will be provided to the right candidate)
