We are seeking an experienced, proactive and delivery focused Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of civils and cabling workstreams within a fast paced network build environment. Working closely with project managers, site agents, and clients, you will coordinate works through to completion ensuring challenges are overcome and delivery targets are achieved.
In your role you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving newly uploaded job packs on the internal database, raising civils work orders, and submitting for Traffic Management validation.
- Submitting DFE’s to the client for Traffic Management costs or any missing rates identified within the job pack.
- Coordinating the scheduling of both civils and cabling activities, ensuring timelines are aligned and delivered in coordination.
- Recording and sharing job updates with the client through their CRM system at least every 5 days to provide full visibility of order progress.
- Participating in weekly teams calls with the client, providing updates on non-fluid works and driving resolution of any issues.
- Collaborating with civils site agents and Principal Design Engineers (PDE’s) to support with the resolution of site related issues.
- Proactively following up with internal departments to resolve issues promptly and ensure orders continue progressing without delay.
- Effectively manage email correspondence by monitoring incoming messages, prioritising queries and responding promptly and professionally to ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues.

- Experience working in a similar role, ideally within the civils engineering or telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of civils and cabling activities.
- Understanding of Streetworks processes and permitting requirements.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments and workstreams.
- Ability to challenge constructively and escalate issues where required.
