The Kelly Group is a successful telecommunications contractor with over 35 years’ experience in the industry. We are looking to recruit Quality and Compliance Assessors to join our expanding team.
In your role you will be responsible for:
- Auditing quality, safety and compliance across several contracts and work stream to company, client and industry standards.
- Auditing all operative tooling and equipment used on different Kelly contracts.
- Onsite coaching and guidance, where required, to all levels of operatives.
- Self-managing, planning and organising daily and weekly audit schedules, but also flexible and able to adapt to urgent requests.
- Communicating audit findings by preparing reports; discussing findings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Work with the Compliance Manager to ensure that all audits and reports are administered in accordance with company and client demands.
- Reviewing and analysing tooling, quality and safety trends – preparing the output in high level reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation across internal systems.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate that they have:
- Excellent organisational and communicational skills and be able to lead by example.
- Installation experience on Fibre and Copper network, including overhead cabling, UG cabling and network build.
- Previous experience of Openreach, CityFibre and Virgin Media installations.
- A good understanding and knowledge of client and company quality standards.
- A good understanding of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Had previous auditing/assessing experience.
- Self-motivation, be organised and be able to manage their weekly/daily audit plans through in-depth planning.
- Ability to work away from home if and when required, for critical business needs.
- Ability to achieve set SLA’s and KPI’s.
