Our client, a well-established Law firm based in the Romford area are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who can contribute to the growth of the firm. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Solicitor, ideally with the STEP Qualification or SFE Accreditation. The Private Client Solicitor role involves:
- Drafting of Wills - this also includes complex Wills
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and Full Estate Administration
- Extraction of Grant of Probate
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
- Trusts and Court of Protection
What you will need for the Private Client role:
- 3+ PQE experience in Private Client across all areas
- Track record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals
- Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities
- Client focused and practical
- Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
- Knowledge of LEAP case management is preferred
- Professional but friendly and approachable personality
