Our client, a well-established Law firm based in the Romford area are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who can contribute to the growth of the firm. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Solicitor, ideally with the STEP Qualification or SFE Accreditation. The Private Client Solicitor role involves:

  • Drafting of Wills - this also includes complex Wills
  • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Probate and Full Estate Administration
  • Extraction of Grant of Probate
  • Inheritance Tax and succession planning
  • Trusts and Court of Protection

What you will need for the Private Client role:

  • 3+ PQE experience in Private Client across all areas
  • Track record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals
  • Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities
  • Client focused and practical
  • Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of LEAP case management is preferred
  • Professional but friendly and approachable personality
