Our client based in Hull is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be educated to A’ level standard (or equivalent in both Maths and English), have a professional and confident telephone manner, and be keen and willing to learn. Full training is provided for the right candidate.
Within this busy and friendly team, the Credit Control Administrator duties will involve:
- Successfully completing the company credit control training programme
- Taking telephone payments accurately and efficiently
- Complying with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) at all times
- Corresponding with solicitors and communicating with internal departments and colleagues
- Answering customer queries and liaising with solicitors as required
- Responding to external and internal emails in a timely manner
- Taking part in monthly conference calls
- Working co-operatively with all members of the credit control team
- Assisting in producing weekly and monthly reports as and when required
- Completing all mandatory online training courses and taking part in optional training courses as considered appropriate by the head of credit control
The successful candidate will need:
- To be courteous and professional with confident communication skills both written and verbal
- To be numerate / comfortable working with numbers
- To be IT literate
- To be punctual and reliable
- To be an active and strong team player
- Keen and happy to learn
What’s in it for you:
In return for your hard work, our client is offering a salary of £24,400pa and 25 days holiday. Full training is provided.
