Our client, a professional organisation based in Hull are looking for a First Point of Contact Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills and be educated to A ‘Level standard in Maths and English. This key role within the organisation ensures a seamless communication experience for clients, therefore a confident and professional manner is essential. The First Point of Contact Administrator will be responsible for: - Acting as the first point of contact - answering all incoming calls and emails, dealing with general enquiries and requests from clients and customers that require a routine response and passing more complex issues to the appropriate person or team. Using mail merge to deliver general correspondence to clients and leaseholders. Working with colleagues to prepare responses to all clients, contractors and customers whether by telephone, email or letter. Assisting with the uploading of documentation to internal systems. Overseeing and accepting or declining appointments for the office diary. Liaising with other colleagues / departments to obtain or provide information.
