We are looking for a permanent Part-time Business Development Administrator for our client based in Chelmsford to work 3 days per week. The successful candidate will be working closely with an Estimator, chasing up sales estimates/quotes and carrying out all the related sales administration and diary management that goes on behind the scenes.

- Chasing up sales estimates using the sales diary to secure future projects
- Logging the responses to your chase up calls and emails
- Managing the live estimates diary
- Liaising with the Estimator and assisting with estimating and repricing where required
- Managing all documents, estimates and tenders
- Organising supply chain meetings with new main contractors and liaising with the H&S Consultant as required
- Preparation of O&M manuals for completed projects
- Updating the company website
- General office sales administration duties
What you will need:
- Previous experience within a sales office environment
- A confident, personable and professional approach to work
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Strong rapport building skills
- IT Literacy
- Numerate with a strong eye for detail
What is on offer:
A salary of £17,000 - £18,000pa for 3 day week, on-site car parking, pension and 17 days holiday including BH. The working hours for this role are 8.30am – 5.00pm on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. If you have the relevant skills and experience for this role, we would like to hear from you.
