Are you an experienced Block Property Manager looking for your next opportunity? If so, we have an exciting permanent opportunity where you will be responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings and estates across Watford and Bedford. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of leasehold property management and section 20 works along with recognised industry qualifications.
As Block Property Manager you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out property inspections and arranging maintenance: Inspections and Reports
- Overseeing finance: Budgets and Client Accounts
- Overseeing insurance: Building, Directors and Officers insurance
- Attending meetings: EGMs, AGMs, Directors’ and Residents’ meetings
- All related correspondence and administration
- Dealing with breaches of the Lease
- Liaising with Contractors
- Property Sales (Assignment of the Lease)
- Dealing with enquiries and complaints
You will need:
- Previous experience in a block property management role
- Knowledge of ARMA and RICS & ideally ATPI qualified
- Strong problem-solving and communication/relationship building skills
- A professional and confident approach
- To be highly organised, driven, flexible and self-motivated
- To be a car owner driver due to the travelling involved in this role.
In return for your hard work, our client is offering a salary of £33,000- £38,000pa + £3,600pa Car Allowance, 25 days holiday which rises with service, on-going training and support and lots more benefits are on offer when you have passed your probation. The working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is required. If you have the relevant skills and experience for this role we would like to hear from you.
