Key Responsibilities
- Support Service Users with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and incontinence care.
- Encourage independence and involvement in daily routines.
- Prepare meals and snacks to support nutritional needs.
- Assist with light domestic tasks to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
- Accompany Service Users to appointments or community activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Shift Patterns
- Mornings / Lunch (typically between 7:00 am – 3:00 pm)
- Tea time / Evenings (typically between 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
- Full days (with appropriate breaks)
- Flexible availability across weekdays and alternate weekends
Benefits
- Hourly pay of £13.50, £14.50 on bank holidays

Requirements
- Clear Enhanced DBS
- Two satisfactory references
- Trustworthy, compassionate, patient, adaptable, multiskilled (cooking & cleaning skills are a bonus)
- Any previous training records and health and social qualifications are a benefit
- Support with training/qualifications and continued professional development is provided
