Responsibilities
- Promote independence, caring for our service users in their own home.
- Encourage our service users to be actively involved in all aspects of their day‑to‑day care.
- Accompany service users to appointments and assist them in accessing their local community.
- Prepare meals and snacks to help sustain service users' nutritional needs.
- Tidy service users' homes, assist with basic domestic care tasks, ensuring their home environment is an enjoyable, safe space.
- Assist in personal care tasks, from bathing to pad changes and incontinence care.
