Bank Health Care Assistant
We are currently looking for Bank Staff Health Care Assistants to provide additional care and support alongside our existing workforce.
Work is available in the following villages within Durham, Chester Le Street, Stanley, and Consett.
Kelly Park Limited is a family‑run care provider, proudly established in 1994.

Responsibilities
- Promote independence, caring for our service users in their own home.
- Encourage our service users to be actively involved in all aspects of their day‑to‑day care.
- Accompany service users to appointments and access their local community.
- Prepare meals and snacks to help sustain the service user’s nutritional needs.
- Assist with tidying the service user’s home, basic domestic tasks and ensuring their home environment is an enjoyable space for them.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Clear Enhanced DBS

- Pay and Benefits
- £13.70 per hour on weekdays, £14.50 on bank holidays.
- Early Pay – no waiting for payday.
- Mileage allowance paid.

- Holidays 5.6 weeks per annum (pro‑rated).
