Salary: Estimated annual income of $100,000-$150,000+! + Spiff and Bonus Opportunities! Unlimited Income Potential as well as Big Spiff Opportunities. No traveling is required! The Big Tasks:
- Train, improve, and develop processes for a group of top‑of‑class plumbers.
- Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth.
- Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the plumbing service department.
- Exhibit a safety‑first approach during all work activities.
- Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing.
- Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve sales goals.
- Coach, motivate, and train the plumbing team to exceed team and individual goals.
- Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
- Mentor and develop the plumbers and dispatchers to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
- Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
- Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
- Helping trainees become licensed‑ mentoring.
- Manage schedule along with the dispatch department to help meet the demand of company goals.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of residential service experience preferred.
- Follow national, State, & Local codes.
- Ability to represent the Jerry Kelly brand in a positive way.
- You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Be detail-oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast‑paced and goal‑driven environment.
- Demonstrate Leadership in a group setting.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
- Good driving record.
- No criminal record.
- Insurable driver’s license.
- Class E driver’s license required within 30 days of hire.
- No visible tattoos (must be covered up while working).
