We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes, supporting customers, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records across multiple projects.

In your role you will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative support to operational and management teams.
- Maintain accurate customer, project, and installation records.
- Process and update data using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and installation schedules.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and contractors via telephone and email.
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure queries are responded to promptly.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of compliance and accreditation documentation.
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and other finance-related administration.
- Ensure all records are kept up to date and comply with company procedures.
- Assist with general office administration and filing duties.
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong customer service focus.
