About The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be a key part of our in-house recruitment team, providing vital administrative support and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly. You’ll help deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience, sourcing top-quality candidates and managing key aspects of compliance, all while maintaining a positive experience for candidates.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team and external providers to deliver high-quality administrative support for in-house recruitment activities.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional process for both the company and candidates.
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates across various platforms and recruitment mediums.
  • Keep the recruitment database up to date, ensuring all applicant information is accurate and accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with both successful and unsuccessful applicants, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
  • Collect and organize personal data for applicants and maintain compliance standards before roles are offered.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligns with company expectations.
