Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Telecoms Field Operative Apprenticeship Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn while you learn, and develop the skills needed to become a fully qualified telecoms engineer.
Over the course of 12-15 months, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience in technical operations, customer service, and essential workplace skills. Your journey will begin with structured training at one of our state-of-the-art training centres, followed by hands-on field experience. Apprentices will work on behalf of CityFibre, one of the UK’s fastest-growing full-fibre network providers and a key strategic partner of Kelly Group.
What You’ll Do
- Installing and maintaining telecoms infrastructure (cabling, routers, poles, and underground networks).
- Learning how to diagnose and repair faults in broadband and fibre networks.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards.
- Providing excellent customer service while working on residential and commercial sites.

What We’re Looking For
