Overview
At The Kelly Group, we have over 40 years’ experience in delivering a diverse range of services, from telecommunications to construction. With a focus on innovation, integrity, and excellence, we are looking for a HR Administrator to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with the grievance and disciplinary procedures providing accurate and thorough meeting minutes.
- Assist with the recruitment process preparing offer letters.
- Handle HR-related queries from employees, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Microsoft Sharepoint).
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases is an advantage.
- Understanding of employment law and HR best practices is beneficial.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
