We’re looking for skilled Network Repair Engineers to join our team working on our Openreach contract. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing copper and fibre faults on the Openreach network at customer premises
- Working at heights and within underground infrastructure
- Testing at multiple points across the network to identify and resolve faults
- Delivering high-quality service both independently and as part of a team
- Meeting performance targets and KPIs
- Following strict health and safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a repair role on the Openreach network
- Strong knowledge of both copper and fibre fault diagnostics and repair
- A safety-first approach to all tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying conditions
- Confident using smart devices and technology to follow complex instructions
