A highly successful and fast-growing property business is seeking a confident, commercially minded Operations Manager to work directly alongside the Managing Director as a true strategic support. This is a newly created position due to continued growth and expansion. The business has an established presence, a modern approach, and a strong reputation within the industry, with multiple offices operating in close proximity. This role would suit an experienced Operations Manager, or a highly capable Office Manager / Senior PA from within the property sector who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is looking to step into a broader operational leadership role.

The Role

Acting as a key support to the Managing Director, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business across multiple offices. Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across 3 offices
  • Reviewing, improving and streamlining internal processes and systems
  • Supporting business performance through efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Assisting with HR matters including employee relations and performance monitoring
