A long-established and well-regarded law firm in East Hertfordshire is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with a minimum of two years’ solid experience. The successful candidate will work one-to-one with a highly experienced Fee Earner known for providing strong guidance, support and professional development. The team is friendly, stable and committed to helping you progress. A law degree is not required; Paralegals by experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Drafting contracts, TR1s, SDLT forms and AP1s
- Managing Land Registry requisitions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Supporting the Fee Earner to deliver a high-quality, efficient conveyancing service
Requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive approach
