Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + Uncapped Commission - OTE £45,000+ in Year 1, rising significantly year on year.

Hours:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm (1 in 4 Saturdays - 9:30am to 4pm - negotiable with a day off in lieu during the week)
  • Part-time: will consider school hours for working parents or anyone looking for a part-time role - 4 full days or 5 days during school hours - flexible

Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our clients thriving estate agency team in Cheshunt. You'll play a key role in driving new business growth across their Sales and Lettings departments, identifying and developing opportunities to expand their market presence and client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships over the phone and in person.
