The Role
You will manage a varied Private Client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and trusts - depending on experience.
You will work closely with a friendly client-relations team who handle file opening, billing and routine admin so your time is spent on legal work.
There is an established will bank, strong referrer relationships and a steady flow of matters to build from.
A genuine handover is provided.
The outgoing Solicitor will remain for a short transition period to ensure you are fully supported.
Over time, there is scope to help shape the department and, once you are settled, assist in recruiting and mentoring a paralegal.
