We are an established family owned and run business providing bespoke transport solutions primarily between Ireland, the UK and Benelux countries since 1997.

TRANSPORT PLANNER

Role

  • Update job information into Transport Management system
  • Ensure vehicles are planned efficiently
  • Manage drivers with clear instructions
  • Liaise with ferry companies to confirm bookings
  • Ensure customs documents are completed
  • Manage tasks independently in a time-sensitive setting

Essential Criteria

  • 2+ years’ Transport Planner experience
  • Strong knowledge of transport industry, driver hours & CPC
  • Experience dealing with customers, drivers, and hauliers
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced & pressurised environment.
  • Good communication and IT skills including Excel & Outlook

Full time hours including 1 weekend in 4

Salary dependant on experience.
