What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support Our Field Operatives: Receive inbound calls and offer a listening ear for personal issues, pay queries, and general wellbeing concerns.
  • Problem Solver: Investigate issues thoroughly and work with the management team to resolve them swiftly.
  • Wellbeing Champion: Make outbound calls to check in on engineers, ensuring their journey is smooth and supported.
  • Be the Backbone of Communication: Provide timely feedback and keep engineers updated throughout the process.

Skills & Experience:

  • While admin experience is preferred, it’s not essential!
  • Organised: You’ll plan ahead, highlight potential problems early, and keep things running smoothly.
  • People-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of personalities and handle conflict with ease.
