Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the accuracy of all employee records, including an alignment with compliance and data protection regulations.
- Have experience managing ER matters such as grievance and disciplinary procedures in addition to recording accurate minutes.
- Assist with recruitment processes such as preparing offer letters, reviewing DBS certificates and processing internal transfers.
- First point of contact for all HR-related queries.
- Have the ability to review HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Microsoft Sharepoint).
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
