Kelly Rail are looking for committed and dedicated Construction Supervisors to join our Project team nationwide to deliver lineside Civils & Telecoms on the Rail infrastructure.
In your role you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing & motivating the workforce on site including sub-contractors
- Working to WPP’s
- Amending risk assessments and site paperwork where required
- Ordering of plant and materials
- Responsible for producing onsite Rail diary reports
- Brief out Toolbox talks
- Responsible for On-Site Health & Safety
- Responsible for On-Site Operations
Essential Experience:
- Proven Site Supervisor with at least 5 years’ experience within Rail sector
- Proven track record of working on & delivering line side Civils & Telecoms
- Valid PTS
- Holder of a SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate
- Able to work nights, weekends and days as the programme requires
- Full Clean UK driving licence
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental & quality assurance, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Punctual & Team player
- Positive, proactive, and flexible approach
- Self-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good task and time management skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to work confidentially
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication
