Kellanova is investing £75 millionto expand its cereal plant in Wrexham, aiming to make it the largest cereal manufacturing site in Europe. As part of this exciting expansion, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Support Operator to join our team in Wrexham. This onsite role is primarily based at our Wrexham plant, with occasional travel to other UK sites for cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting to the Shift Line Lead, this role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by providing essential support to the operational teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment as needed, supplying materials, making syrup batches, and performing relevant checks to help achieve our key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Assist Equipment Operation: Assist operational teams in the operation of manufacturing equipment when required.
- Supply Materials: Supply materials to various production lines to ensure continuous workflow.
- Prepare Syrup Batches: Prepare and mix syrup batches according to specified formulas and quality standards.
- Conduct Routine Checks: Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure equipment and processes are functioning correctly.
- Support KPI Achievement: Support the teams in meeting delivery KPIs by performing tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
