Advance your career at Kellanova as a Point of Sales Assistant Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Media City office in Manchester. In this role, you will manage the design, development, and supply of POS materials for various initiatives, including permanent display solutions and brand-specific POS.

This position works with both the Breakfast and Snacks categories, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and provide a competitive advantage across markets. You will be responsible for securing approval from Cluster and CBU on projects, managing them from brief to completion, and ensuring market personalization, including language adaptation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead POS projects from brief to delivery, ensuring specifications are met and solutions are cost-effective.
  • Manage Order Cycles for European POS menus, maintaining stock levels and timely reordering.
  • Collaborate with Clusters on POS requirements, providing visibility and ensuring alignment with masterplan.
  • Manage Budget for POS projects, including purchase orders and financial tracking.
  • Review Data to optimize business potential and guide strategy teams on new opportunities.
  • Develop and approve premium menus, coordinate with suppliers for ordering, delivery, and storage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and POS design.
  • Experience with multinational stakeholder management.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills; financial training is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
