Located in our vibrant head office in Media City, Manchester, this hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to join a large, dynamic team with diverse marketing skills and experiences.
As a Brand Activation Point of Sale Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contact, you will support with the activation of compelling brand plans by managing the end-to-end process of prefilled and flat packed display solutions. You will also have the opportunity to support on commercial innovation projects and help manage in-store activations. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Activation Manager, you will own projects from day one, ensuring no two days are the same.
This role involves working with world-famous and iconic food brands, supporting the in-store execution of marketing across major retailers from all channels. You will build relationships with Kellanova stakeholders, marketing agencies, third-party suppliers, and logistics companies.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end process of prefilled and some flat packed display solutions, including receiving the brief from account managers, briefing copack agencies, developing viable solutions, managing artwork development, stock management, coordination of stakeholder approvals from brand, retailers, supply chain, finance, RGM and legal
- Manage and complete all administration associated with point of sale initiatives, including RGM forms, Line up files to feed into SKU2Market project requests.
- Manage the allocated Point of Sale budget by keeping required trackers up to date with all costs and reviewing the pressure yoy
- Supporting the activation team with internal and external events
- Supporting the team with the creation and receipt of PO’s
- Supporting the Brand Activation team to execute the brand masterplan across a variety of customers and channels and leading on certain campaigns and projects where appropriate and relevant.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A passion for marketing, FMCG, or Brands, with some professional experience, ideally in marketing or project management.
- Team player with an owner\’s mind-set – highly accountable who has the ability to manage multiple projects at once with a structured approach.
- Proactive and solution orientated with an aptitude for building relationships: Foster strong connections with retailers, marketing agencies and brand partners.
- Collaborative approach and ability to connect with a broad group of stakeholders, working in cross functional teams (central marketing, supply, sales, legal and nutrition teams).
