We are a busy, well established legal firm based in the city centre seeking a reliable and organised administration assistant to join our friendly team. This is a key role supporting all fee earners and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls, emails and client enquiries
  • Opening, maintaining and closing client files
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Filing, scanning and general administration duties
  • Liaising with clients, courts and third parties
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft office and case management systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
  • Professional, friendly and client focused attitude
