The predicted salary is between 14 - 14 £ per hour.

Salary: Up to £14.33 per hour plus rolled up holiday pay

Hours: Variable hours which will include weekends and bank holiday working.

Why we need you…

Our friendly Village Store retail team are looking for a Retail Supervisor to play a pivotal role in upholding the high standard of customer service we pride ourselves on. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Retail Manager who would welcome your feedback and suggestions for increasing our revenue generation. You will have a helpful manner, with a strong customer focus and creative flair to ensure our store looks welcoming and inviting.

What you’ll do…

  • Stock management and ordering
  • Identifying opportunities to develop the retail offer.
  • Team leadership including line management of Retail Assistants
  • Management of daily work responsibilities including delegation of tasks
  • Responsible for shop opening and closing procedures including cashing up
  • Provide our guests with exceptional customer service

This is not an exhaustive list and as we are a small team you may be asked to assist with other responsibilities across the two holiday parks.

The experience you’ll bring…

  • Similar supervisory experience, preferably within retail or hospitality.
  • Experience in a customer facing position.
  • Experience of maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience in any environment.

The skills you’ll bring…

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Team management
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of till systems would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
