We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Holiday Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Kelling Heath and Woodhill. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two stunning park locations, helping guests find their perfect holiday home while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage the full sales journey frominitialenquiry through to completion, building strong relationships with prospective owners and maximising sales opportunities.

What YouWill Be Doing

  • Managing and converting sales enquiries through a full sales cycle
  • Conducting engaging viewings and presenting holiday homes and park facilities
  • Negotiating and closing high-value sales
  • Proactively following up leads and generating new opportunities
  • Supporting sales events and off-site opportunities
  • Ensuring all sales processes are compliant and completed to a high standard
  • Helpingmaintainsales areas, show homes, and marketing materials

What WeAre Looking For

  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales role
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence handling high-value purchases
  • Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to work across both parks
  • Experience in holiday home, property, or leisure sales
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
