We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Health, Safety & Compliance Coordinator to join our Estates team. This is a key role within the business, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient operations across our parks. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will help ensure that health & safety, compliance, and environmental processes are consistently applied and well managed across the organisation. You will work closely with operational teams, helping to strengthen our approach to safety and compliance while maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement.

What You will Be Doing

  • Health & Safety
    • Coordinating day-to-day health & safety activities across the organisation
    • Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions
    • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring audit readiness
    • Assisting with the review and update of policies and procedures
  • Compliance & Assurance
    • Monitoring statutory compliance and safety checks
    • Supporting internal and external audits
    • Ensuring risk assessments and COSHH documentation are up to date
    • Working with operational teams to embed safe systems of work
  • Environment & Sustainability
    • Supporting environmental reporting and data tracking
    • Working with finance and operational teams on utilities and environmental data
    • Assisting with sustainability initiatives and carbon reporting
    • Helping identify opportunities to improve environmental performance
  • Operational Support
    • Providing administrative support to the Estates team
    • Supporting business continuity planning and documentation
    • Coordinating meetings, reports, and key activities
    • Playing a proactive role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities
  • A strong communicator who can build effective working relationships
  • Comfortable working independently and across multiple teams
  • Experienced in supporting health & safety or compliance activities
  • Knowledgeable in health & safety principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

  • IOSH or a similar health & safety qualification
  • Experience with compliance or reporting systems
