Job Function: To ensure the smooth, efficient and cost-effective running of the Field Service Engineers.
Reporting to: Operations Manager. Liaising with: Depot Managers, Field Service Engineers, Customers.
The ideal candidate will be confident communicator with a professional telephone manner, able to handle complaints effectively and develop successful relationships with customers & colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and providing support and assistance where necessary.
- Logging and creation of jobs on Syrinx.
- Allocation of breakdowns to Field Service Engineers in line with KPI’s.
- Efficiently scheduling routine servicing by Field Service Engineers in line with KPI’s.
- Ensure all records are maintained on Syrinx.
- Raise and distribute weekly service reminders to the Depots.
- Produce weekly depot service reports.
- Produce monthly management service report.
- Follow company’s Employee handbook policies and procedures.
- Any other duties requested by your Manager.
Requirements
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good PC skills including use of Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
