We are looking for a creative, commercially focused and results-driven Marketing Manager to support strategic business growth through innovative marketing initiatives, impactful communications and targeted campaigns. This role will focus on developing brand presence, driving customer engagement, supporting new business acquisition and strengthening relationships across key infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director, Sales teams, external agencies and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing activity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
    • Develop and deliver marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, market positioning and lead generation.
    • Create and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, print and event channels.
    • Support strategic growth by developing ABM and targeted campaigns for key customers, sectors and product groups.
    • Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyse performance data and provide actionable insights and KPI reporting.
  • Marketing Communications & Content Creation
    • Produce engaging and targeted marketing collateral for use across multiple platforms.
    • Deliver regular communications activity including LinkedIn content and social media posts.
    • Coordinate and deliver targeted e-shot and lead generation campaigns for customer segments.
    • Create and manage website articles and blog posts, as well as feature articles for industry publications and periodicals.
    • Review and update sales support material and wider marketing assets, including product brochures, presentations and promotional materials.
    • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing communications.
  • Events & Industry Engagement
    • Organise and manage company participation in trade shows, demo days, open days and industry events.
    • Coordinate event logistics, promotional activity and customer engagement initiatives.
    • Deliver pre-launch, launch, and post-event follow-up campaigns to maximise lead generation and customer engagement.
    • Support customer visits, demonstrations and sales initiatives where required.
  • Website & CRM Management
    • Create and manage the company website content and collateral.
    • Create articles and blog posts, as well as feature articles for industry publications and periodicals.
    • Support website content management and ongoing digital marketing improvements, including SEO activity.
    • Manage CRM database administration, segmentation and marketing data quality.
    • Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and specialist vehicle promotions where required.
    • Develop high-quality case studies focused on key infrastructure sector and client projects.
    • Gather customer feedback, project data and market intelligence to support tailored propositions and sales activity.
    • Create compelling marketing collateral that highlights customer success stories and business capabilities.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management
    • Liaise with and manage relationships with external web, design and creative agencies, along with other third-party suppliers.
    • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activity with external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to brand standards.
    • Build strong working relationships internally and externally to support collaborative marketing initiatives.

About you

The ideal candidate will be creative, highly organised, proactive and commercially aware, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver effective marketing activity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing management or similar marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing events, campaigns and multi-channel marketing activity.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset combined with good analytical and reporting capability.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems, email marketing platforms and social media channels.
  • IT literate with working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and similar design software.
  • Website and WordPress literate with experience in managing and updating content.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong relationship management skills.
