About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, professional estate agents who want to build their own business, not just work in one. As a self-employed agent with KW Scotland, you’ll operate your own local property business while being fully supported by one of the world’s leading real estate platforms — combining training, technology, marketing support, and community. What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning and conducting property valuations
- Listing and marketing residential property
- Managing buyer enquiries, viewings, and negotiations
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Building and nurturing your own client database
- Generating business through referrals, social media, and local presence
- Running your diary, pipeline, and income like a business owner
