We are working with a long-standing Oxfordshire-based technology company that is looking for IT Support Engineers! You will be part of a close-knit team responsible for keeping business-critical systems running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys varied, practical work and takes pride in being the person people can depend on.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing deskside, hardware, and software support across Windows 10/11, O365, and Active Directory environments
- Monitoring and maintaining Windows servers, patching, and resolving alerts
- Troubleshooting user, network, and application issues
- Supporting AV, networking, and infrastructure hardware
Experience:
- Background in IT support, deskside, or infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, O365, and Active Directory
- Confident working independently
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Able to work on-site in Oxford
