Role Overview
Provide 1st/2nd line support for MS Dynamics NAV 2017 across Finance, Warehousing, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory functions. Investigate data integrity issues, run queries, and support reporting requirements using SQL Server.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and troubleshooting for NAV system users.
- Investigate and resolve database performance and data integrity issues.
- Write and maintain SQL queries, SSRS reports, and other reporting tools.
- Ensure proper navigation of NAV permissions and security.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years hands‑on experience with MS Dynamics, preferably NAV 2017.
- Strong knowledge of core NAV modules: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse.
