Location: 3 days per week from home / 2 days in London

This is a varied, challenging role in a talented team where you\’ll be responsible for developing scalable backend services that bring their AI vision to life. You don\’t need to be a machine learning researcher, but you do need to know how to integrate modern AI capabilities into production systems.
Essential skills and experience:
- At least 4 years of backend development experience
- Solid Node.js expertise
- Strong understanding of scalable backend design, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event-driven systems
- Experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or open-source models (Langchain, LLamaIndex, Haystack, etc.)
- Ability to work with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
