What you’ll do
You’ll continue doing what you already do best: prospecting, winning instructions, marketing properties, negotiating offers and guiding clients through residential or commercial transactions.
Alongside your own business, as Team Leader of the KW Oxygen in-house team, you’ll play a key role in developing, supporting and driving the performance of the agents around you.
You’ll provide hands-on training, coaching and mentoring, sharing your experience and knowledge to help agents build their confidence, develop their skills and grow their businesses. This will include spending time alongside agents, shadowing and supporting them in the field, assisting with prospecting, appointments, negotiations and transactions, and providing practical guidance when they need it.
You’ll work closely with each agent to establish clear goals and targets, monitor their progress and provide the accountability, encouragement and direction needed to help them achieve them.
Above all, you’ll lead by example, demonstrating what great agency looks like while creating an environment where agents feel supported, challenged and motivated to perform at their best.

What you’ll bring
- A minimum of three years' experience in estate agency or a similar client-focused sales role.
- Previous Management or Team Leadership experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in prospecting, business development and building long-term client relationships.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to continually grow and improve.
- Professionalism, integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Earnings & Package
A bespoke remuneration package will be structured around the experience, track record and potential of the successful candidate.
