Our client is seeking a polished and highly dependable Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to senior leadership within a busy UK logistics environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
- Manage incoming communications, screen calls and emails, and prioritise correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, briefing papers, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership meetings, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support project coordination and follow up on key actions across departments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and executive files with a high level of discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Assist with event planning, executive visits, and business functions.
- Monitor deadlines, key deliverables, and operational priorities to ensure executives remain well prepared.

Qualifications
