About Keller
Keller is a global executive search network built for owner-operators. We back experienced recruiters who want to build their own business. Leverage our brand and support to secure and execute major mandates, all while preserving your independence.
Why this role exists & the impact you will have
We are expanding into the United Kingdom, where you are based. Your mandate is to open new client relationships, secure signed search engagements, and deliver excellent hires. Enjoy uncapped earning potential in a purely commission-based role, where your success directly dictates your income. Beyond representing the Keller brand, you may have access to potential cross-border mandates through our partnership with Haldren Executive Search. If you are energised by building something you own, winning the work and delivering the result, you will see your impact with every mandate you secure and complete.
What you will do
- Build the repeatable outbound engine: strategically identify ideal clients, craft engaging multi-touch campaigns, and use data to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Drive the entire consultative sales process, from initial discovery and meticulous scoping to crafting proposals, negotiating pricing, and securing signed agreements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment execution, effectively managing the full candidate lifecycle, while prioritising and owning client satisfaction at every step.
- Own your financial outcomes: manage your pipeline, track key metrics, and benefit directly from an attractive revenue-share model with full P&L accountability.
You possess a minimum of 3 years of agency recruitment experience, demonstrating expertise in full 360-degree lifecycle delivery. You have a proven record of new-business creation, having successfully built or implemented an outbound strategy and converted outreach into signed engagements. You know exactly what it takes to open senior-level doors. You possess advanced commercial acumen, excelling in territory planning, proposal development, retained/contingent pricing, pipeline hygiene, and stakeholder mapping. You are prepared to run a business, not just fill roles. You are technically fluent, mastering essential tools like LinkedIn and a CRM/ATS. Just as importantly, you communicate clearly in writing and hold your own confidently during both video and phone calls. You exercise sound judgement on confidentiality, data privacy and compliance in your market. You are entrepreneurial, self-directed, and genuinely comfortable operating with high autonomy. You are motivated by building something that is yours. The strong reputation and support of the Keller team provide you with the necessary credibility and collateral to open senior-level doors.
We offer an attractive, partner-favoured revenue share on all net collected client fees, ensuring your success directly translates into unlimited income. Access to marketing assets, ATS/CRM, and playbooks; adopt what helps to keep your energy on revenue, not infrastructure. Origination protection for relationships you open, plus fast, transparent settlements on collected fees. Global peer network for collaboration, overflow support, and multi-country delivery.
Legal & Compliance
We welcome partners from all backgrounds. We do not discriminate on any protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010 and will assess applicants on merit. If you need reasonable adjustments during the process, please contact us and we will support you. We never charge candidates for work-finding services.
Controllers: Keller Haldren and the authorized UK partner you engage with, if applicable, (each an independent controller). Purpose: evaluate and engage independent partners and manage candidate/client introductions. Retention: we keep application data for 12 months unless required longer. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; you can complain to the ICO. Details & contact: Privacy Notice. Your data may be transferred outside the UK. Where no UK adequacy regulation applies, we use the UK IDTA or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs (plus assessments) to protect it. See our privacy notice.
This is commission-only with a revenue-share; no base salary; earnings vary with fees generated. This is a self-employed independent partner opportunity.
