We are currently seeking a general builder and multi-skilled operative to complete both planned and reactive maintenance works in both domestic and commercial settings, in various sectors within properties.
As a Multi Trader, you will be covering social housing reactive maintenance contracts across London and the South East. The works will be varied in nature and will require both speed and precision.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am to 5pm – Including Travelling Time
You must be reliable, trustworthy, have a ‘can-do’ attitude, excellent communication skills and fantastic attention to detail. The successful applicant must have a skilled background as a multi trader.
Multi Trader Duties will include:
- Roofing repairs, including resin and fiberglass
- Carpentry; door replacements, lock replacements, window replacement, glazing, fencing, external gate repairs
- Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
- Stud work and dry lining
- Plastering repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Making good – plaster patch repairs
- Flooring – carpet, poly safe & vinyl flat lay and vinyl cap and cove (not essential)
- Gutter repairs
- Basic plumbing (not essential)
- Basic electrics (not essential)
- Tiling and laytexing (not essential)

- Phone literate and can use a job sheet system to communicate job status and completion
- Clean UK Driver’s License
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 qualification in one or more trades
- NVQ in Multi Trade or Carpentry
- Multi trade experience
- Social housing experience (not essential)
- ASAP interview and start
- Please note that this role may require a DBS Check.
