As Branch Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the successful operation and performance of the branch. Working closely with the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the achievement of branch sales, profit and performance targets
- Assisting in the day-to-day supervision of the branch and driving best practice standards
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Managing and developing customer accounts
- Providing counter and telephone sales support
- Processing payments, operating tills and completing reconciliations
- Supporting stock control and inventory management
- Supervising and motivating branch colleagues
- Promoting and maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance
- Supporting the efficient planning and coordination of branch transport operations
