Following a successful internal promotion, we are looking for a Senior Brand Activation Manager for a 12‑month secondment, leading our cereal partnership UK activation plans and Build Family Passion category growth pillar.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate across key functions; Category & brand teams, Sales and RGM to build & implement engaging activation plans that support our Kelloggs family cereal brands strategy in the UK.
- Partner with our agencies, Brand, media team, retail media owners & accounts to design and develop engaging & disruptive BTL campaigns – across multiple brand touchpoints within the take home and away from home channels that can be measured across key KPIs.
- Elevate our strategic brand partnerships: Oversee the strategic role and operational management of our UK Partners (Merlin & EFL), leveraging contractual Rights to build engaging TTL campaigns that drive Paid, Earned, Shared & Owned content, delivering value for Consumers, Customers & Kelloggs.
- Evaluate campaigns and activities using a data‑driven approach – translating insights into corrective actions or future actionable recommendations.
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of two activation managers, fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and growth. You’ll be a role model for our “Make it Happen” mindset.
- Manage a sizeable brand building budget, including monthly tracking, budget reviews and ROI measurement to drive continuous improvement.
