Here at Kellanova, you’ll be responsible for delivering operational compliance across every aspect of our food portfolio, helping ensure we can deliver Kellanova’s business plans with confidence. This full‑time role is based in our Media City offices in Salford, with hybrid working split between home, the office, and occasional travel to work locations across Europe as needed. This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Resource Management – drives cross‑category and regional operational management of regulatory resources and support.
  • Regulatory Guidance & Advice – provides guidance, advice, and support on regulatory matters for the R&D team and across the wider business.
  • Stakeholder Initiative Support – provides input as a regulatory specialist to key stakeholder initiatives.
  • Guidelines & Training – provides guidelines and training on regulatory matters as needed across the team and wider business.
  • Outcome‑Driven Stakeholder Management – makes outcome‑driven decisions through stakeholder management cross‑category and across the business.

Required Qualifications

  • A law degree, regulatory professional qualification, or equivalent.
  • Proven FMCG regulatory experience.
  • Demonstrated awareness of the commercial impact of regulatory advice within an FMCG environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience, with the ability to influence across functions.
