Here at Kellanova, you’ll play a key role in keeping our site running at its best—improving the reliability of critical production assets and making sure our equipment performs safely, consistently, and to standard. You’ll do this by developing, implementing, and continuously improving maintenance and reliability strategies that reduce downtime, extend asset life, and support our high-performing teams on the factory floor.
In this role, you’ll report to the Reliability Maintenance Planning, Facilities and Utilities Manager and work at the heart of cross‑functional delivery—partnering with Maintenance Execution, Continuous Improvement, Operations, Environmental Health and Safety, and Quality Food Safety to identify loss, remove recurring issues, and drive sustainable reliability improvements.
This role encompasses all aspects of an FMCG production facility, including a busy, high volume manufacturing plant and office environments, giving you real variety and the chance to see the impact of your work every day.
A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintenance Planning - Builds a weekly maintenance plan aligned to site priorities, planning work around operational constraints and ensuring resources and parts are in place to deliver.
- Maintenance Follow‑Up - Follows up on planned and unplanned maintenance activity to ensure actions are captured, prioritised, and executed to completion.
